Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 83-11C Please be advised that the Planning Commission of Bountiful will hold a public hearing on TUESDAY. June 7. 1983" at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Confer-ence Room. Bountiful City Hall, 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in-terest in and ascertain the advisability advi-sability of allowing as a conditional condi-tional use the following activity: Permission to use the property prop-erty at 427 West 500 South (rear) for an automotive repair establishment, transmissions only. The property in question is owned by Mr. Paul Beckstead et al, and is located in Neighborhood Neigh-borhood Zoning District 5-5. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal. If you cannot attend, please feel free to voice opinion for or against in writing or by agent or attorney.
