claimed and taken away will be sold at public auction to the highest cash bidder at the city pound in the city of richfield on saturday the day of november 1934 at the hour of 2 p m one jersey cow branded on 0 n left ribs in left ear and slit in right ear one 2 year old brown heifer no brands visible wadle on left jaw one yearling holstein steer no brands visible hole in left ear one 2 year old holstein heifer branded JH combined on right ribs said animals were delivered to me by the city marshal and are held by me to secure the payment of and costs as provided by ordinance dated november 14 1934 HENRY BAKER of richfield city NOTICE of special bond election city of richfield sevier county utah public notice is hereby given that on tuesday the day of november aa A D 1934 a special election will be held within the limits of the city of richfield sevier county utah for the purpose of submitting to such qualified electors of said city as shall have paid a property tax therein in the year preceding such election the following question to wit shall revenue bonds of the city of richfield sevier county utah in the amount of 85 payable serially within twenty 20 years from the date of issue solely from the net revenues of the entire wat system of said city and bearing interest at a rate not to exceed four 4 per per annum payable semi annually be issued pursuant to chapter 22 laws of the state of utah second special session 1933 commonly known as the revenue bond act of 1933 for the purpose of defraying in part the cost of improving and repairing the exist ing waterworks water works system of the city of richfield the said net revenues of the entire water works system of said city to be pledged to the payment of said revenue bonds at said election the form of ballot shall be as follows bond election ballot yes F for or the issue of bonds no if it is desired to vote in favor of the issue of said bonds the voter shall place an X in the space after the word YES if it is s
