Show large attendance marks funeral funer al of shyrl pace impressive funeral services were held in the sevier stake tabernacle at noon sunday for shyrl pace son of mr air and mrs airs vern W pace shyrl passed away at his home heie thursday bishop george F christensen conducted the services services which were attended by many friends of the family musical selections were furnished by the fourth ward choir directed by miss aliss madge peterson in addition to a trio by misses madge juana and leah peterson with miss bliss anna lou peterson at the piano and a vocal solo by mrs airs helen poulson fine character qualities and the pluck with which he carried his trying sickness were stressed by the speakers dr T R gledhill hill A al maughan principal of the Ri richfield clifield high school in which shyrl was enrolled as a sophomore when lie he became ill last fall john R adams who was the boys teacher in agriculture arthur meeks of bicknell judge 0 W mcconkie of salt lake city both old friends of the family 1 and president R D young mr adams read resolutions oi of respect from the richfield ch chip p ter of future farmers of america the invocation was offered b by y george of loa and the benediction by geo T eckersley of loa interment was in the city cemetery where W 0 creer of wayne county dedicated the grave many beautiful floral offerings were placed on the bier friends and relatives ft trim im seven counties in utah and from idaho attended the services among those from more distant places were mr air and mrs airs J lewis swenson of soda Sp springs ringo idaho mrs airs J al redd and J M redd jr of san juan county |
