Show M IT AT STORAY henrietta wright laid to rest in richfield city cemetery high and deserved tribute was paid to one of Rich fields and in fact of sevier countes coun tys pioneer women sirs mrs henrietta wright at funeral services lipid held saturday afternoon in the second ward chapel the speakers am M C nelson who had known mrs wright since the time he came to richfield about forty years ago and who most of those years lived as a neighbor to the waight family and super continued on page 4 PIONEER WOMAN PAID LAST TRIBUTE SATURDAY continued from page 1 in A J ashman who came in contact with the deceased in church and educational matters praised the high mental and spirit spiritual qualities of mrs airs wright in words made eloquent by intimate knowledge of the great heart and soul of one whom they were proud to call their friend bishop W L warner who officiated at the services joined the two preceding speakers in terms of appreciation and admiration especially emphasizing pha sizing mrs airs wrights untiring work for the victims of the influenza epidemic which raged here in the winter of 1920 and expressing satisfaction over the fact that silent tribute was paid to the deceased by the presence of president R D young and first counselor jas al peterson on the rostrum during the services miss melba cope was at the piano when the coffin was brought into the chapel and also furnished accompaniment for the songs by a quartet composed of miss madge peterson mrs hattie bean darrell and C W powell jr mrs airs jas al peterson and mrs airs L A poulson each contributed a soprano solo to ti the lie highly impressive services miss bliss lenna thurber acted as accompanist for the soloists the invocation was offered by dr T R gledhill and the benediction by patriarch H H bell sons and grandsons of the deceased were the interment was in the city cemetery dr david henderson of salt lake city dedicated the grave many former residents of richfield relatives and friends of the deceased came here for the funeral |
