Show delay again in sevier water settlement the irrigation and reservoir companies on the upper and lower sevier river were about ready thursday to sign the stipulation reg regarding aiding distribution trib ution of water which has been arrived at after conferences extending over a long period of time when it was discovered that before making the stipulation binding the consent of the duluth land company would have to be obtained the duluth land company claims to be a part holder in one of the irrigation projects on the lower reaches of the sevier and while it is believed that the company will ill not lot oppose signing the stipulation it may delay the actual closing of the deal for a few days heads of canal companies and attorneys for the lower basin interests are still in conference in salt lake discussing matters there have been no differences repol revolted ted which would in any way interfere with the execution of the stipulation |
