Show grain market con finues unsettled domestic grain markets continued unsettled during the week ending september 28 with the weakening influence flu e 0 of f b heavy 6 wheat alim etore st stocks 0 cans an and d 1 lower ina benc f foreign ore ign p prices vice s more t than b offsetting ff the effect of an improved domestic demand for that grain I 1 domestic wheat markets held relatively t i v e y firmer than foreign markets p principally r i n c because of an improved domestic mill demand and a more active inquiry for flour rye had some independent strength as result of unfavorable seeding conditions and a slight improvement in demand A prospective early movement of new crop corn com weakened the market for that grain and prices declined two to five cents per bushel compared with a week ago oats and barley were moderately weak with avith corn but there was a good demand for both grains which gave the market a steady tone flax held firm with price fluctuations much narrower than in recent weeks |
