authority of section chapter 31 laws of utah 1927 we the state game refuge committee do hereby declare that the open season luring during which elk may be legally killed in utah during the year of 1929 shall be from november 5 to november 25 both dates included and alid that the rules and regulations governing this hunting the issuance of permits ermias the number of animals to be ge killed the territory in which hunting may be done etc shall be as is follows that the fish and game commissioner as chairman of the committee shall issue permits for the killing of such elk that such permits shall be sold for 10 each to residents of utah that not more than one permit shall be issued to each person which permit shall not be ba transferable that such permits shall be issued to non residents for the fee of 50 that no refund of money shall be made after the permit has been issued and that the revenue derived from the sale of sue such permits permit shall be turned into the fish and game fund of the state that all applications shall be in the office of the fish and game commissioner not later than october 10 shall state choice of territory and shall be accompanied by certified check or money order in the sum of 10 for resident or 50 for nonresident permit if more applications are received for a given territory than the number of hunters allotted to such territory teri tory each application shall be given a number and a slip with corresponding number shall be placed in a receptacle from 1 which the allotted amount of numbers shall be drawn and permits then issued to the applicants with corresponding numbers that the fish and game commissioner lioner as chairman of the committee shall apportion the permits issued for the killing hilling of elk as follows 10 s cache district for killing of bull elk with pronged horns only 75 manti and fish lake for killing of bull elk with pronged horns only cedar mountain for killing of bull elk with pronged horns only 10 nebo district for killing of elk of either sex provided further that the areas open to hunting shall be as follows cache state game preserve entire game preserve manti and fish lake all of the manti division lying south of the huntington fairview road and all of the fish lake district except that portion lying within the following described boundary beginning at a point where the boundary line of the fish lake national forest intersects with otter creek in daniels canyon thence following otter creek and the national forest trail in a north northerly erly direction 1 ire tion to the seven mile drift fence thence easterly along said drift fence to the head of seven mile creek thence down seven mile c reek creek to the johnson reservoir thence in in a southerly direction approximately one mile to the top of the ridge between the drainage into fish lake and johnson reservoir and the fremont river thence follow following mg said ridge in a southerly direction ampro approximately seven
