Show COURSE IN DAIRY manufacturing AT U A C A six months course in dairy manufacturing will be conducted at the utah agricultural college during the fall and winter quarters of the coming coining school year it was announced by professors Profess rs george ab B caine and gustav wilster of the department of dairy h the course will mill be designed to meet the needs of 0 practical cheese and butter makers and is offered in re to a widespread wide spread demand in this and adjoining states stimulated by the rapid growth of the dairying industry during the past few years the course begins on the opening day of the school year september 29 and continues until the close of the winter quarter early in march the subjects are so planned that students may enter for either the fall or T v inter quarter only if they do not desire to attend tor for the entire six months the work of the fall I 1 quarter carries sixteen hours of credit and that of the winter inter quarter eighteen hours full particulars in to the course are contained in a 12 page illustrated catalog now in course of preparation this catalog will be mailed to all the commercial dairies of utah and nearby states as well nell as to interested individuals requesting copies |
