Show f Boy Scouts to I Go to Camp on 3 Monday, July 29 21 The Boy Scouts of Moroni and North 53 samrte Stakes will spend a week in """" camp at Hog's Flat, one of the pretti-t pretti-t and finest camping places on the mountain. They are near the Cleve-i Cleve-i m land reservoir where the boys can have ! . Rood swim daily. This year nine troops of scouts will go to camp, mak-IW mak-IW ing the biggest and best hike the boys : have had for years. '.rhey will leave by auto July 29th " in early morning and arrive home in the evening Friday August 2ndT. ---1 While in camp the boys will receive instructions in nature study, fire mak-! mak-! mg cooking, signalling and compass, I first aid and swimming, tracking, trail i ing and handicraft in wood and leath-! leath-! er ' Men who are experts in their line I will give instructions to tne ooys. Following Is the program: Reveille A. M. Flag at sunrise; stretching exercises. Breakfast-6:30 to 7:30. Scouting instruction 8:00 to 12:00 i Dinner 12 noon to 1:30. Daily hike 1:30 to 3:30. Swiming 3:45 to 4:45. Free time for gmes and test passing, pass-ing, etc, to 6 p. m. Flag at sundown. Camp' fire program 8 to 9:45. Taps 10 p. m. At the camp fire one night will be Indian night; one will be stunt night; and one night will be Court of Honor night. The last day in camp a Camp-! Camp-! eree program will be given and contests between troops will be held. Prizes ! will be given to the winning scouts and also to the wining troops. : The cost for one week of camping will be $5.00. This will include trans-i trans-i portation and eats, and they will have good eats. Frank Bohne will be the cook for the east side troops and no one 1 can beat Frank. Ask any Scout.
