Show Post Ofice Shake-up Postmaster General Brown has set for himself the task of putting the Pest Office Department on a more bcsiness-like nasis, accordng to reports from Washington, and a general shake-up of bureau heads is the first step to be taken, some cf the present officials to be let out and replaced ty n en considered more capable. The new head of the department believes that by eliminating some of the bureaucratic methods which have Rrown up the postal system may be made more nearly self-sustaining, and at the same time render better service ser-vice to the public. He has undertaken to fill a large sized order, but the taxpayers will I wish him success in his endeavors. The country publishers and printers .of the country would appreciate it if he would include in his program some means of getting the government out of the envelope printing business.
