Show Mrs. lane Gunderson Died at Huntington Mrs. Jane Rcnbtirg Gunderson, G5, j wife of James P. Gunderson oi j Huntington, died at the family home Saturday of chronic endocarditis endocar-ditis alter being ill since August 15.; Mrs. Gunderson was born in Mt. Pleasant September 22, 1864, and had resided in Huntington the nast year, coming there from Hiawatha. She is survived by her husband. the following children: Mrs. E. R. j Bennett, Needles, California; Mrs. Ivan Simmons, Helper; Mrs. Walter Wal-ter Baxter, Hiawatha; Mrs. Lloyd Ungerman, Hiawatha, and Charles, Lavar p.nd Virgil Gunderson, all oi Huntington; one brother. Hyrum Christcnsen, and a sister, Mrs. Hannah Han-nah Wilcox, Provo. funeral services for Mrs. Guilder, son were held Tuesuay in the South ward chapel with President S. M. Neilson in charge. Music was by the ward choir under un-der direction of Mrs. K. D. Jones; vocal duet, Mrs. T. W. Jensen and Mrs. Perry Petersen; mixed quartet, quar-tet, Henry and Emil Hasler, Mis. Niels Rasmussen and Mrs. Joseph Johansen Jr. C. C. E. Peterson and William Olson offered the prayers. C. W. Sorenson and President Nielson were the speakers. Mads Anderson dedicated the flower covered grave in the city cmnetery. Interment was made at the city cemetery by the Hansen Mortuary. Among those who came from out of town to attend the funeral services serv-ices were: Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gundtrson, Mr. and Mrs. vergn Gunderson, James Gunderson and Lavar Gunderson all of Huntinc-tim; Huntinc-tim; Mr. and Mrs. Urbie Bennett of Needles, California; Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Simmons and family of Helper; Hel-per; Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Ungerman, Mr end Mrs. Walter Baxter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Bab-cock Bab-cock and Mr. and Mrs. Bert Reese, all of Hiawatha; Francis and Clarence Clar-ence Lewis of Price. |
