Show I Different Tale From Wisconsin I WISCONSIN'S football team was able to defeat only one Big A Ten opponent last fall, but It wiil be an entirely different X x tale this season. The Cardinals have an abundance of experi- j X enced material, and wise ones around the conference predict a big X V year for Wisconsin. w Rube E. Wagner of St. Taul, whom Glen Thistlethwaite regards j X ns the best tackle prospect in the Western conference, will captain f the 'Wisconsin team. He is a senior this year. Wagner has been one of the outstanding football and track stars j at the T.adger school for the last two years, despite the fact that he X has worked his way through college since the day lie enrolled. He intends to coach after graduation, and for that reason has confined bis p activities to athletics. i Glen Thistlethwaite will coach the Badgers. It will je bis second J x season in charge there, and he j? i thinks ft will be a tar more f successful one than last season. , Thistlethwaite graduated as A an honor student from Karlham y college in VMS.
