Show Miss Blanche Larsen of Mt. Pleasant i student at the Utah Agricultural Col-'ege Col-'ege sang with the Ladies chorus of the College under the direction of Professor Welti, in a program given by the chorus n the eight ward Mutual conjoint meet ing. Miss Larsen is registered in the school of Basic Arts and Sciences and is a member of the sophomore class. Mrs. Hyrum Christensen and daughter daugh-ter Mary Kathryn went to Ogden, Saturday Sat-urday to visit relatives. Mrs. Christensen Chris-tensen will also visit with her son Bardell Larsen at Idaho Falls, before eturning to her home. Mrs. Paul Frandsen, and son Don, of Springville, are guests this week of Mrs. Frandsen's parents, Mi', and Mrs Ernest Mc Arthur. Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Wilson and ;on Robert of Livingston, Idaho are visiting with Mrs. E. C. Freston. They .-.pent the past few months touring outhern Utah. Her brother in -law Joseph Clark of Chilly, Idaho and his i!aughter-in law, Mrs. Joseph Clark Jr. 'lave been visiting with Mrs. Freston. Miss El Rasmussen came home Sunday Sun-day from the St. Marks Hospital, Salt Lake City, where she underwent an Dperation for appendicitis a week ago. She is reported to be convalescing rapidly. ra-pidly. Mrs. Arthur Jensen was taken to a ' Salt Lake Hospital Saturday where she will receive treatment for goitre and appendicitis. The home of Mr. and Mrs. V. H. Gunderson was the scene of a unique valentine party, Saturday evening when the Acme Literary club entertained enter-tained in honor of its husbands. Artistic Artis-tic decorations in red and white hearts and clever suggestions were everywhere in evidence. Games, program, stunts, caps and Valentine Box and luncheon all carried out in keeping with the holiday hol-iday idea. Prizes were in the form of Valentines and went to Mr. and Mrs. Laban A. Gunderson, Paul Monsen, C. L. Stewart, Mrs. George A. Peterson and Seymour Jensen. Thirty guests were present. |
