Pleasant, won rolls in tbo Snow College annual pla Seven Keys to Baldpate", announced in the cast of wtnnin contestants nt the coUee Inst Tuesday. Paul Blackham of Moroni Mo-roni also won a role in the cast. The competitive tryouts were held Monday. December 19. to which all students were eligible. Mr. Jo-hanren Jo-hanren will play the roll of the owner of Baldpate, Verl Meyri I the role of cop. and Paul Black-ham, Black-ham, John Bland. The leads will be played by Joseph Crane from Salina playing William Mas and Afton Christensen from Eph-raim Eph-raim playing Mary Norton. Othe'-members Othe'-members of the cast and their parts are: Ralph Anderson fr Elsinore playing Elijah Quimby, Daisy Kanaphus of Richfield, Mrs Quimby: Ramona Meller of Manti Mrs. Rodes; Robert Funk, Epc-raim, Epc-raim, Peter the Hermit; Ruth Hansen, Ephraim, Myra Thorn-bill: Thorn-bill: Bill Pederscn, Ephraim, I.on Marx; Clark Draper, Hinckley Jim Corgan; Kermit Anderson Circleville. Thomas Hay den and Duane Frandsen, Gunnison, Jiggf Kennedy. The play will be preseted January Jan-uary 27 in Ephraim. The play "Seven Keys to Baldpate" Bald-pate" is a mystery play full o: thrills, excitement, romance anc plenty of mystery. The setting i: in a summer resort in the winte time. It is a well known pin; that has been widely displayed n the United States. It was chosi in preferance to three other mys tery plays, according to Directo Helen Nelsen, who is head of th dramatic department at the col lege.. |
