Really, folks, there is no excuse for an unattractive town or city in the springtime of the year. What shall we do about it, besides be-sides talking and thinking? Do we hear someone say, Mount Pleasant is wonderful at this time 'jf the year?" We do! Well, we will admit that Mt.
