Announcement is made of the birth of a son to Mr. and Mrs. Lorin Stewart and a son to Mr. and Mrs. Sherman. Smith. Mrs. Joiieph Davis was taken to a Salt Lake hospital Thursday for j an operation. Mrs. Davis is president presi-dent of the South ward Relief Society So-ciety and was formerly piano instructor in-structor at the Saow College in Eph-iaim. Eph-iaim. Her .many friends -wish her a speedy recovery. Mrs. Owen Meliing and two littlo daughters of Lehi, spent Thanksgiving Thanks-giving with Mt. Pleasant relatives. Se-r,ator and Mrs. W. D. Candland entertained at a family dinner Thanksgiving Day.
