Show BIG ALFALFA PLANT NOW IN OPERATION Gunnison Valley's Alfa'fa Meal mill, which has been idii for many years past, was put into commission the first of this week and is making ,x. record far beyond the expectation's :f the operators, the Delmue Livestock Live-stock company. Mr. Delmue, who has been here from Salt Lake for some two weeks or more, supervising the rehabilitating rehabilitat-ing of the plant, expressed himself as beirj highly pleased with the results that are being obtained. Mr. Delmue Del-mue ha-; had a wide experience and has operated many mills throughout the state, and he declares, while the Gunnison Valley p'.ant is smaller than many others he has operated, it is producing more .ground alfalfa 'n one day and is c.iving l etter re-ults, re-ults, than any he linn ever operated. There are some 17,000 head of theep now being fed in the valley and each week will see shipments go out and altogether the first year's experiment in making the Valley a stock feeding center, will prove t huge success.
