Mrs. Reese was formerly Miss Theo Nelson of M Pleasant and Dr. Reese is also a a former resident of this county. Dr. and Mrs. Thomas R. Recs. who for the past e'ght years have made their home in Washington, will leave for Ironwood, Michigan .today where Dr. Reese will take over the pracitce of a prominent specialist. Dr. Reese is a former res-dent of Ogden. and a student of the University of Vtah. He is a graduate of the Geo.rtge Washington Washing-ton University school of Medicine and completed his interneship at the emergency hospital of Washington For the past six months he has acted in the capacity of chief surgeon of the Episcopal Eye, Ear Nose, and Throat hospital here. Dr. and Mrs. Reese have Seen prominent in social and Church affairs since making their home in Washington, Dr. Reese is a rormer president of the Utah Club ot Washington, and Mrs. Reese Yian acred acr-ed in the capacity of vice president in the- same rlub, Dr. Rees has been released from his duliies as second counselor of the Washington branch of the Eastern States mission. A number of social affairs have been given in their honor during the past week. On Tuesday evening of Inst week Dr. and Mrs. Rees were entertained at dinner by Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Mc Arthur. Miss Fae Lambert and M'ss Tnth Mc Arthur assisted in entertain in)". Mr. and Mr?. Fred Schnw entertained enter-tained in hnor of Dr. and Mrs. Rees on Wednesday evening their guests were Mr. and Mrs. A Harding Paul. Mr and Mr".. C. P. Coe. Dr. and Mrs. ron Johnson Prizes wore awarded to Mr. Coe and Mrs. Johnson. A buffet, supper was served. On Thursday night nr. and Mrs. Rees were entertained at a progres-s;ve progres-s;ve dinner by Mr. and Mrs. R. T. Tlnu.rber, Mr. and Mrs. Walter P. Monson, Mr. anil ftirs. i,.
