Show Four Lives l,ost in Ohio Floods Cleveland, hio Four lives had been claimed by the swollen waters of Ohio streams, which have risen to flood stages in some sections oj: the state as a result of torrential rains. Roy Brooks, 7, was drowned in the turbulent waters of a stream near Kenton. George King and Clarence Prenti, both 15, were playing on a raft near their home at Her, Ohio, when they were swept into the stream. Ernest Echman, 22, night watchman for a railroad construction company, was drowned near Columbus, when he attempted to push away a pile of brush that was blocking the waters of a crek. Streams in most sections of the state were receding. |
