According Accord-ing to information, Bargo six years ago began living with a woman, who people peo-ple living in the vicinity of Standardville Standard-ville thought was his wife. They have one daughter about 4 years of age. About two months ago Joseph Yea began working at Standardville, and entered the home of Bargo, and, according ac-cording to the story told by Bargo, w-on the woman's affections and married her. Bargo, when the couple became married, left Standardville and went to Ruth, Nevada. About a month ago, it is stated, the woman and Yea quarreled frequently, Vea abusing her badly. YVord of this was sent to Bargo at Ruth, and he returned to Standardville. Bargo concealed himself near a woodpile at his former home, which Vea and his wife occupied, and when . Vea returned home from work at midnight mid-night met him and struck him in the head with the sharp edge of an ax, almost severing the head from the body. |
