The next Utah legislature will he almost solidly Democratic, Willi a Democratic supreme court and the election of the , entire Democratic ticket in Salt Lake county. John S, Corless, Democratic candidate for sheriff of Salt Luke p county, was elected for n third term, All three of the proposed amend-T amend-T monts carried. The people of Utah I voiced their sentiments in favor of state-wide prohibition for all time in no mistaken terms. Handling of the illicit liquor traffic traf-fic in the state will he simplified to a considerable extent by the action cf Wyoming and Nevada, reports from which indicate that botli have voted "dry."
