Show FAIRVIEW. i Mrs. Emily Moore of Denver who spent the past month here visiting her mother, Mrs. Andrew Lassen !went to Salt Lake City to visit with her daughters. 1 Mi, and (Mrs. Clifton Anderson who spent the past summer here returned re-turned this week to Burnt Fork. Wyoming. Miss Eva Anderson. Miss Mae Terry and Leslie Anderson returned with them. Mr. and Mrs. Chancy Howell are receiving congratulations over the arrival of a fine baby boy at their home October 2nd. C. L. Prichett is a Salt Lake visitor. visi-tor. j Mrs. Chas Peacock and children are visiting at Provo. They will ialso visit Salt Lake before returning. . Miss .Christia Olsen, and Miss Gwendolin Anderson went to Provo Sunday to atend school at the B. Y. "U. Mr. and Mrs. William Terry and daughter Goldie motored to Provo last week. Miss Goldie remained there to attend the B. Y. U. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Garlic were Salt Lake City visitors last week. Elmo Christiansen and Demar Anderson And-erson went to Salt Lake City last week to attend the University. Miss Verona Cox left Wednesday for her mission to the Western States. She will visit a few days at Provo, American Fork, and Salt Lake City. She leaves for Denver on October 13th. Glen B. Miner lett unursclay tor p the L. D. S. Church. He will visit relatives at Provo and Salt Lake City. He will leave Salt Lake City for Mexican Mission on October 13. . Mrs. Mary Lee who spent the pas two weeks at Fairview returned tc Salt Lake City on Wednesday.. A wedding reception and dance was given at Oakville October 2 in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Valton Tucker. 'An excellent supper was served at the home of the bride to over rortv iguests after which the dance war held at Oakville ward house. After the dance they returned to the home of Mr. and Mrs. John L. Mower where !the wedding cake and other refresh-'ments refresh-'ments were served. On Tuesday evening a dancing oarty. and missionary farewell was given at the Pavilion in honor of Glen B. Miner and Verona Cox. The party was well attended and a very pleasant evening spent. |
