Show NOTICE TO WATER USEES State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, January 12th, 1915. Notice is hereby given that A. H. Poulsen, Charl Petersen and Henry Hasler, whose post office address is Mount Pleasant, Utah, made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate five (5) cubic-feet of water per second sec-ond from Twin Creek, Sanpete County, Coun-ty, Utah. Said water has been diverted di-verted by means of a ditch, at a point which lies 12 0 feet north from the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter oi Section 13, Township 15 south, Range 4 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed for a distance dis-tance of 3,85 0 feet and used from May 15 to July 15, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 26 0 acres of land embraced in Sections 11, 12, and 13, Township 15 south, Range 4 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. Said applicants now make application in accordance with the requirements of Section 1288x24, Chapter 62, Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1909, to divert the said water, at a point which lies 2,985 feet west and 303 feet north of the east quarter corner of Section 13, Township 15 south, Range 4 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, and convey it by means of a ditch for a distance of 3,8 5 0 feet, there to be used during the period and for tht purpose originally intended. This application is dcsignateti in the State Engineer's office as No. a238. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefore, must be made by affidavit af-fidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
