Show NOTICE TO "WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, lull. January 12, 1015. Notice is hereby given that A. H Poulson, Charl Peterson and Henry Hasler, whose post office address is Mount Pleasant, Utah, made application appli-cation in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate appro-priate live (5) cubic-feet of water per second from Twin Creek, Sanpete County. Utah. Said watur has been diverted by means of a ditch, at 8 point which lies 120 feet north from the northwest corner of the northeast north-east quarter of the southwest quarter quart-er of Section 13, Township 15 south, Range 4 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed for a dis tance" of 4,000 feet and used from May 15 to July 15, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 24 0 acres of land embraced in Sections 11, 13, and 14, Township 15 south, Range 4 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. Said applicants now make application in accordance with the requii ements of Section 1288x24, Chapter 62, Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to divert the said water at a point which lies 2,971 feet west and 268.7 feet north from the east quarter corner of Section 13, Township 15 south, Range 4 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, and convey it by means of a ditch for a distance of 4,000 feet, there to be used during the period and for the purpose originally intended. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. a237. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefore, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication o'f this notice.
