Show Mrs, Digry Olscn Called Funeral services for Engry Olscn, who died Sunday morning at her home, were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Hie South Ward Chapel, Chap-el, Klder Kimball .lohaiisr.n presiding. The ward choir furnished music for the services. The speakers were Elder Jacob Hafen, Pres. Adolph Merz and Elder James Monsen. Mrs. Olsen leaves a daughter. Mrs. Sarah Larson and a sister, Mrs. Orange Or-ange Seely of Casdedale, also three nieces, Mrs. F. C. Jensen oT Mount Pleasant and Mrs. L. V. Becker of Mauli and Mrs. Mary B. Philips of Loiik Beach, California. Tier reln-livcs reln-livcs were all here to at I end the services. ser-vices. Mr. Becker and his daughter, Ruth, of Manti also came to the funeral. Mrs. Olsen was born In Sweden November 21th, 1 836 and emigrated to America 51 years ago. She was a daughter of liana Chasty. Mount Pleasant was the place she selected for her home and she has resided here since she came to Utah. During the latter part of her life she was blino for a period of seven years, hut during dur-ing the last five years of her life she has been able to see having gone under un-der an operation in one of the Salt Lake hospitals for her sight. She has been a frequent visitor at the home of Mr. nnd Mrs. F. C. Jensen the past part of her life and has received much comfort from (he Jensens. The floral offering at the funeral was very beautiful, there being no many of her friends who remembered her with a token of love. |
