Juue'24ih. 1912, To Whom It Mvy concern: Notice is hereby given that the State of Utuh has filed in tins office lists of lands, selected se-lected by the said St-ite. under section 6 of the Act of congress, approved July 16,1894, us Indemnity In-demnity School Lands, viz: NEJNWjs-e. 27. Lot 2; SE NEJ ond SV NE Sec. S. T. 13 S., R. 3 E.. and SwJ N EJ Sec. 27, T. 12 S.. R. 3 E.,S. L. M., Serial 08478 copies of said lists.so far as they relate to said tracts by descriptive suodivisions. have been conspicuously posted in this olllce for inspection in-spection by hny person interested and by the public generally. During the period of publication of this notice, or any time thereafter, and before lin-al lin-al approval and certification, under departmental depart-mental regulations of April 25 1H07, protests or contests against the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions hereinbefore described, on the ground that the same is more valuable for mineral than for iigricultural purposes, will be received and noted for report to the General Land Office at Washington D. c. Failure so to protest or contest, within the time specified, will be considered sufficient evidence of the non-mineral character of the tract, and the selections thereof, being otherwise other-wise free from objection -will be approved to the State.
