Show WHAT BECOMES OK THE MONEY The money received from the sale of the Red Cross Seals is used in the fight against tuberculosis. About 10 per cent of the proceeds pays for the cost of the seals, adyertising matter and other expenses of the sale. The remaining ninety per cent remains in Utah for anti-tuberculosis work. Most of the work of the sale is done by volunteers. The city of Salt Lake gives -free use of an office. There are no large salaries to eat up the proceeds. The larger the sales the smaller will be the percentage of overhead expense. What Will Be Done In Utah 1. Specially trained nurses will be employed to care for those suffering from tuberculosis in their homes ar.d j protect their families and neighbors ' from infection. j 2. Medical care and proper fool and comforts will be provided where necessary. 3. Clinics will be established where those in the earlier stages of the disease can receive examination, and treatment. 4. Health exhibits will be taken about the state and lectures will be given to educate the people in regard to the prevention and cure of the disease. dis-ease. In fact, every means known to physicians phy-sicians and public health workers will j be employed so far as the means ; available will permit. The money will j be expended by the Red Cross So-!
