Show FOUNTAIN GREEN ! The Home Economics Association 1 gave a married folks "leap year" party Wednesday evening at the pa- i vilion. Lunch was served by members mem-bers of the association and a largo ! crowd enjoyed the evening in dancing and social entertainment. A number of sheepmen have just returned from their flocks on the West Desert. They report more snow than has fallen for a number of years. In some places the flocks have been snow-bound and the large snowfall works a hardship both for the men and the herds. Oscar Johnson. Eugene Ivory. A. II. Anderson, Cyrus Hill and Jos. F. Livingston have recently returned from the West Desert. Murel Ivory, Anion Hansen. J. M. Guymon and Alfred Al-fred Hansen have gone out to take their places. Nephi Robertson, one of our pioneers,, pio-neers,, has just had a play which he has written, put on by local people. He Is receiving all kinds of praise for his work. Mr. Roberts has done considerable work on the stage and as a climax has been able to produce a very creditable piece of work. The stork visited the following families during the week, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Robertson who are rejoicing rejoic-ing over the arrival of a baby boy. and Mr. and Mrs. Lou Kump who also have a bouncing boy. |
