Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August 29, 1916. Notice is hereby given that William Will-iam Gat-lick, whose post office address ad-dress is Pairview, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate one and one-half one-half (1) cubic-feet of water per second from Archie's Hollow, Sanpete San-pete County, Utah. Said Mater will be diverted at a point which bears north 4 3 degrees 15 minutes east j 425.7 feet from the southeast cor-; cor-; ner of the northeast quarter of Section Sec-tion 18, Township 14 south, Range 5 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 666.5 feet and there sed from April 1 to August 31, inclusive, in-clusive, of each year, to irrigate 120 ! acres of land embraced In the north I half of Section 18, Township and range aforesaid. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6786. All protests again the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefrom must be made by affidavit affida-vit in duplicate, accompanied by a Tee of $2.50, and filed in this office within , thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
