OCR Text	Show HOSPITAL NOTES Adolph Anderson of Alberta, Canada Can-ada has left the hospital and continues con-tinues to Improve. Mrs. Jos. Puzey of Spring City has returned to her home fully recovered from her recent operation. Master Alvln Olson has returned home fully recovered from his operation oper-ation for fractured skull. Loren Merlum of Manti who was operated upon for appendicitis and pelvic abcess is improving nicely. Rhea Nell Allred who was operated operat-ed upon for abcosB of the lungs is still on the improve. Mrs. Robert Day of Spring City was operated upon for appondicil is thlsA. M. Mrs. Charles" George 'and Master LaVer George of Millard Co. are at the hospital for surgical treatment. ' Mrs. Abe Livingston of Fountain Green continues to improve and will oon leaves the hospital.
