Show MARGARETHE CHRISTENA ROLfSON PEACEFULLY DIED AT HER HOME Margarethe Christena Rolfson died peacefully at her home in this cit,y Wednesday morning April 16th at 1:30 o'clock. Appaiently she passed away without any signs of physical pain. She was a woman of strong personality and never needed but very little assistance about her home. She was born in Resor, Norway, in 1828, and was married to Jacob Rolfson in 1851. They became mem-' bers of the Latter Day Saints church and came to Utah in 1801, crossing the plains by ox team in company with Capt. Samuel Woolley. They first made their home at Ephraim, but moved to Mount Pleasant in Alarch 1862, and resided here since ihat time. Mrs. Rolfson was the mother of eight children. They are: Mrs. Nicojine Jensen, Bent Rolfson and Niels Rolfson all of Mount Pleasant; Mrs. Marie Lillian of Murray, Mrs. Sophia Frandsen of Price, Mrs. Bena Reynolds of Shoshone, Idaho, Jacob i Rolfson of Shoshone, Idaho, and Annie An-nie Bryan of Nephi. There are also many grand children to mourn her departure. Funeral services will be held Saturday Sat-urday at 2 o'clock p. m. at the North Ward Meeting House |
