Show N. E. Clemensen of Salt Lake City is in Mount Pleasant this week visiting vis-iting with his mother and also with his sister, Mrs. A. Crane. Mrs. Ira J. McKell of Spanish Fork is visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Barton. She came to Mount Pleasant on Tuesday. Mrs. Orlando Bradley of Salt Lake City came to Mount Pleasant last Monday to visit with her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Hampshire. Mrs. Sutherlund ' and daughter Omy, who have been residents of Mount Pleasant since coming hero from Sweden a number of years ago, went to Salt Lake last Friday, where they will now make their future home. Mrs. E, K. Barton returned from Richfield last Monday, where she has been for some time with her daughter, Eva Peterson. J. W. Cherry went to Price last Monday on legal business. Mrs. C. G. Purrington was a Salt Lake visitor during the present week. Miss Asenteth Swensen went to Salt Lake City last Monday, where she will remain indefinitely. Miss Mabel Borg is home again from New York City and is conducting conduct-ing a class in music at her home. She is giving a summer course consisting of eight week. Miss Borg is a talented talent-ed young musician, second to none in this part of the state. Bent R. Hansen and son Leo were Salt Lake visitors Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. H. G. Wood, who has been employed em-ployed as a teacher in Wasatch Academy for the past year, departs today for Pittsburg, Pa. |
