SOCIAL EVENTS Mr. and Mrs. Austin Monsen entertained en-tertained at dinner Thursday complimentary com-plimentary to Mr. and Mrs. I'aul Monsen Mon-sen who wore married in Salt Lake City last week. An elaborate dinner was served lo eight guests. Miss Frances Jensen entertained at a luncheon Saturday afternoon for Miss Indra Wliittaker, a bride of the week. A miscellaneous shower of beautiful gifts was also a feature of tho afternoon. The decorations were in mock orange blossoms, peonies and poppies. Johnson, the Misses Indra Whitlaker, Hilda Mad-son, Mad-son, Viola Wliittaker, Irene Wralh-all, Wralh-all, May Hull, Madeline Lewis, Hazel Prince. Stella Olson, Margaret Cand-land, Cand-land, Winifred, Frances and Carol Jensen anil Mrs. F. C Jensen. A very interesting meeting of the W. ('. T. U. and Mothers' meeting was held at the home of Mrs. l.iioin-da l.iioin-da Hicks Friday afternoon. M Candland home with Mrs. ('midland Miss Margaret Candland, Miss Hilda Madson. Mrs. Fannie Miies and Mrs. K. I.. Madsen as hostesses. .V profusion pro-fusion of peonies were used throughout through-out the home and a delicious luncheon lunch-eon was served to about thirty club members and the following special guests.
