Show leua Poulsen Swensen Dies at Her Magna Floras She was born in Mt. Pleasant, 6, died at her home in Magna Tuesday at 5:45 p. m., after a i.nger.ng illness. She was born in Mt. Pleasant, November 27, 1874, daughter of Hans and Mary Anderson Poulsen, Poul-sen, moving to Magna in 1922. Mrs. Swensen was active in tne L. D. S. church and served as a teacher in the Relief Society. She was the widow of Peter V. Swensen, who died in 1940. Survivors are seven sons, J. C. Pouisen and Marion Swensen, both of Salt Lake City; William, Maxwell, Allen, Boyd and Charles Swensen of Magna; three daughters, daugh-ters, Mrs. Laurence Carlson of Mt. Pleasant, Mrs. M. R. Strate of Spr ng City and Mrs. E. W. Neu-sou Neu-sou of Moroni; a sister, Mrs. Annie An-nie Swensen of St. Anthony, Idaho; Ida-ho; a brother, E. R. Poulsen of Mt. Pleasant; 31 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p. m. in the South waid chapel with Bishop Andrew L. Peterson conducting. Friends may call at the home of Mrs. Louis W. Jensen at Third South and Second West streets n Mt. Pleasant from 10 a. m. until un-til time of services. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant City cemetery directed by Deser-et Deser-et mortuary. |
