Show Ursenbach Rites Attended By Many He was a friend to man. That was the high tribute paid the memory of Joseph Ursenbach Ur-senbach Monday afternoon by four speakers and an overflow audience at funeral services in the South Ward. Mr. Ursenbach died Wednesday, Wednes-day, March 1, of a heart attack at the family residence in Mt. Pieasant. Those who spoke at the funeral, fu-neral, returning again and again to the theme of Joseph Ursenbach's friendly service to others, were J. P. Burton and Lee A. Palmer, both former missionary companions of JVIr. Ursenbach; George Anderson,' president of Moroni stake, and Arthur O. "Neilson, North Sanpete San-pete stake patriarch. An organ prelude was played by Mrs. Ethel Ericksen and vocal vo-cal numbers were furnished bv the Lions Club quartet, Ernest Brunger, William Burton, W. N. Ball and George Squire, accompanied accom-panied by Roger Hansen; a vocal vo-cal duet by J. P. Burton Jr. and Lucille Burton, accompanied by Mrs. Marjorie W. Pratt; a vocal solo by Mr. Burton, accompanied by Mrs. Pratt, and a vocal solo by Rex Hafen, accompanied by Mrs. Ericksen. ' The opening prayer was made by Armond Sabey. The closin prayer was by Charles Ursenbach. Ursen-bach. a brother of the deceased. Prayer at the grave was given by Joseph Ursenbach's father. O. F. Ursenbach. Burial was at the Mt. Pleasant Pleas-ant cemetery under the direction of the Buchanan Funeral home. |
