Show Fa!her-Son Vets Given Medals Here Among the more than 200 Pleasant army veterans who received re-ceived victory medals at presentation pre-sentation ceremonies held here last Friday were a father and his son who both saw service m World War II. They were Ernest Brunger and his son. Gordon. The elder Brunger saw service in the Ha waiian islands while his son was a captain in the air force. Presentation was made by Lt. Col. L. H. Rockwell, who was assisted as-sisted by Capt. J. B. Mauffrey, head of recruiting in southern Utah; Sgt. James W. Iverson Provo; Sgt. Ward F. Redshaw, Fort Douglas; s;Sgt. Delbert Nebeker Jr.. substation commander com-mander at Mt. Pleasant, and Sgt. Dee L. Wilson, Mt. Pleasant. |
