Show Jaycee-Ette Talent Search Will End With Big Show December Tenth "Are you ready for the Jaycee-Ette Jaycee-Ette Search for Talent show, Wednesday, Dec. 10 at North ward chapel at 7:30 p.m.?" Directed at Mt. Pleasant in general, the above question was asked this week by Mrs. Grant Johansen and her talent show committee. Promised is a full evenings entertainment including acrobats, acro-bats, tap dancing, twirling, readings, read-ings, whistling, solos, duets, trios. Also such instrumental numbers as electric guitar duet, saxaphone solo, piano solo, piano pi-ano quartet, xylophone solo. Next week we'll announce these talented people to you. The in charge of arranging the entertainment are the following: fol-lowing: General chairman, Mrs Johansen; adults, Beth Rosenlof, Donna Rosenlof, Faun Staker and Agnes Brown; high school parts, Lois Poulsen, Ruth Christopher Chris-topher and Fern Jacobs; children's chil-dren's parts, Helen Staker, Phyllis Phyl-lis Nelson, Afton Brotherson; feature number parts, Donna Jean Johansen, Lily Marchant, Kaye Beck and Eva Staker; finance fi-nance and ballots, Joyce Johansen, Johan-sen, Patricia Beck, Joy Poulsen; advertising, Eleanor Sorenson Mildred Neilson, Norma Biglei and Dorothy Burchett; decorations decora-tions and stage setting, Jewel Sorenson, Jeanine Matson, Gol-die Gol-die Shepherd. Six cash prizes will be awarded award-ed the winners. The six highest numbers suitable for broadcast will be heard on a half hour program, Saturdav. Dec. 13 at 4:00 over Richfield radio station KSVC. Don't forget to come and vote and remember to tune in to the broadcast. Tickets for this outstanding performance will be adults 50c, high school and children, chil-dren, 25c. |
