Just six days after the Invasion was announced we, on the home front, are asked to round up our shoulders and dig down deep, so bring out that cherrished green back that you have had put away for the "rainy day." Well, it is raining shot and shell on our boys over there. And just to remind you this is a rainy day and if we "don't give, how much more "rainier" will it be foryou for me and for him? Remember he is giving his all, Home, Loved ones, a peaceful life, that we might live. Jay Oldroyd, who is stationed sta-tioned in Louisiana, is spending his furlough with his wife and son, and also his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Oldroyd at Fountain Green.
