Show I NOTICE TO WATER USERS ; Notice is hereby glvsn that I the Horseshoe Irrigation Comp- 'any, co Rudolph Hope, President, j Spring City, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer a request for extension of time from Feb-ruary Feb-ruary 2, 1950, to February 2, 1955, in which to make and submit sub-mit Proof of Appropriation of water under Application No. 109? for the appropriation of 15 sec. ft. of water from an unnamed un-named tributary to Reeder Canyon Can-yon Creek in Sanpete County to be used for irrigation of 4,500 acres of land. It is represented that Spring City Tunnel and feeder canals have been constructed at a cost of 176,000.00. All work is completed com-pleted and additional time is requested to apply the water to full beneficial use and prepare Proof of Appropriation. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said request, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before March 26, 1950. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before be-fore the State Engineer at 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. April 4, 1950.
