Show Fairview Topics . . . Glen Peterson of Ephraim, son of LeRoy E. Peterson, formerly for-merly of Fairview, was married to Miss Coleen Ross of Castle-gate Castle-gate Wednesday, October 27. They were honored at a xved-ding xved-ding reception in the L. D. S. church at Castle Gate, and at a "Meet the Bride and Groom" party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Le Roy Peterson at Ephraim Eph-raim Saturday evening. The young couple will make their home in Castlegate where Glen is employed. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Jensen entertained en-tertained with a pheasant supper; sup-per; Present were Mr. and Mrs. John Burnside, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Madsen, Mr. and Mrs. Parker Miner, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Vance and Mr. and Mrs. Naylor Jones. The evening was spent in playing rook. Mrs. Ross Vance, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Stewart, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Clements are going to Salt Lake City Thursday to attend the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Closs Stewart. Mr. Stewart is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Lansen Stewart, formerly of Fairview. Mrs. Merlin Madsen entertained enter-tained her sewing club Wednesday Wed-nesday afternoon. Luncheon was served to the following club members: Mrs. Agatha Graham,"Mrs. Lucy Tucker, Mrs. Hannah Briggs, Mrs. Ethel Miner, Mrs. Minta Clements Mrs. Marcella Graham and Mrs. Edda Graham. Specia' guests were Mrs. Ila Jensen. Mrs. Mary Rigby, Mrs. Dawn Madsen and Mrs. Ellis Madsen. o Mrs. Cristal Brady entertained her bridge club Wednesday-evening. Wednesday-evening. An enjoyable evening was spent by twelve members. Prizes were won by Louie Stewart, Stew-art, Lucy Tucker, Twila Llewellyn. |
