Pleaant, Utah Dear Sirs: Please publish the following as an open letter: The success of the first Annual Utah Turkey Show depends upon the participation of the turkey growers of Utah. The Show Committee urges you to plan to exhibit birds in the live and dressed divisions at the show to be held at Provo, November 17, 18 and 19. In the single bird competition there will be an open class division, di-vision, open to breeders and commercial men, and there will be a market class division for commercial growers only. In the torn competition, birds weighing over 28 pounds will be entered in the heavy class and birds weighing below 28 pounds will be entered in the light class. Hens will be divided at 16 pounds above in the heavy-class heavy-class and below in the light class. Prizes will also be offered in the adult torn and adult hen classes. In the live division trios, consisting of one torn and two hens may be entered. No trios will be entered in the dress division. Five cash prizes in all the divisions will range from $15.00 down to $2.00 ar suitable trophies tro-phies being given to the owners of grand champion toms, grand champion hens, reserve toms and reserve hens and sweepstake winners. Breeders will be allowed to enter only the open class division; divis-ion; commercial men may enter both divisions. Growers will be limited to three entries in each of the live and dressed classes.
