Show I FOUNTAIN GBEEN 1 By Special Correspondence i The Birthday Club honored : Mrs. Lena Livingston and Mrs. i Caroline Johnson at the home ol Mrs. Livingston on November Novem-ber 18, that day being the anniversary anni-versary of both ladies. A delic-i delic-i ious dinner was served to all members. Mrs. Lizzie Oldroyd and Mrs. Zell Collard were hostesses to the Stitch and Chat club members mem-bers at the home of Mrs. Oldroyd Old-royd Wednesday afternoon, it being Mrs. Oldroyd's birthday anniversary. A hot dinner was served to six members. Mrs. A. A. Anderson entertained enter-tained the Elite Club members at her home Monday. The afternoon af-ternoon was spent in a pleasant pleas-ant social way, after which delicious de-licious refreshments were served. serv-ed. Births Announced Mr. and Mrs. Welcome Chapman Chap-man announce the arrival of their first grandchild, a girl, born to Mr. and Mrs. Perry Hall at the Payson hospital. Before Be-fore her marriage the mother was Miss Carol Chapman of this city. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Johnson John-son has announced the birth of a granddaughter, November 17 in Salt Lake City. The baby is the daughter of 'Mr. and Mrs. Jack Ingerfield. The mother was formerly Miss Thelma' Johnson of Fountain Green. Mrs. Loren Crowther entertained enter-tained at a birthday party Thursday in honor of her daughter daugh-ter Renee. Games were played and refreshments served to seventeen sev-enteen guests. Mr. and Mrs. Acel Olsen of Salt Lake City visited friends and relatives of Fountain Green during the week. Mrs. Geneva Madsen visited in Salt Lake City during the past week. Mrs. Caroline Llewelyn has gone to Millvalley, California to spend the winter with her daughter, Mrs. T. J. O'connor. Mr. Owen Christensen was a Salt Lake City business visitor during the week. The Parent-Teacher meeting was held in the Junior high school building Wednesday evening. eve-ning. A good program was enjoyed en-joyed and topics of interest discussed, dis-cussed, after which refreshments refresh-ments were served by the P. T. A. officers. Mrs. H. V. Yorgason of Salt Lake City it visiting this week at the home of her children. Mr and Mrs. Lynn Rasmusscn and Mr. and Mrs. Gayle Yorgason. |
