Mr Peterson calls attention to "he fcllowin? three cases where failure to meet -these requirements will require filing a new application giving the information completely. The first case is that in which an owner or operator fails to report all farms which he owns cr operates at the time of filing his application for payment. After the, application has been approved by the State Agricultural Agri-cultural Conservation Office, additional addi-tional farms can NOT be included for the purpose cf receiving a larger payment. The, second case is where an applicant ap-plicant report only part of the farms owned or operated by him and has deductions on unreported farms which would reduce the conservation conserva-tion payments on the farms reported. report-ed. In thesi instances, the application applica-tion for payment cannot be approved approv-ed and a new applicati'n must be filed. Where a payment has been made the amount cf over-payment will have to be refunded and a new application for payment filed. The third case is that in which an applicant disposes of, or acquires any farm solely for 'the purpose of receiving a larger payment. Such applicants will not be eligible for oorservation payments. |
