Show MORONT Py Sprcial Correspondence . Mrs. Mozart Larsen entertained the Sorosis club Thursday afternoon at her home. The new officers for this year' were in charge and the program was announced an-nounced for this winter's work. Refreshments were served to four-te.n four-te.n members. Mr. and Mrs. James Nielsen and family left Monday for Pres'.on, Nevada where they will make their home. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Draper are in Shelley, Idaho visiting relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Monsen received re-ceived word Saturday that their son's wife, Mrs. Elmo Monson under went an operation f.r appendicitis at the Step-Toe hospital at East Ely, Nevada. The members of the So art club were entertained by their husbands at a party last week at the home cf Mr. and Mrs. Ray D. Christensen. They w:re all dressed in costumes and the' evening was spent playing-cards, playing-cards, af er which a pl-g luck supper was se.ved. Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Poc:ck and Miss Lillian Colman cf Roanoke, Virginia visited last week at the heme of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Andersen. An-dersen. These people a e friends, their son, Merris has made in the misskn field. The So art club met at the home of Mrs. Ve dis Blackham last week. Reireshments were served to eleven members. Mr. and Mrs. Martenus Larsen announce the marriage o f their sen, Dallcn to Miss Fanny Benson, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Uivin Benson of Spring City. Mrs. Ernest Anderson entertained Monday evening in honor of the birthday anniversary of her daughter, daugh-ter, Rachel. Refieshments were served to ten guests.
