Garden Club Meets Monday Evening At Mrs. Tomlinsons Pleasant Grove Garden Club met Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. with Mrs. Ivadell Tomlinson. President Berta Thornton conducted and presented business matters, among which was planning tours ' of gardens and beauty spots in Logan and surrounding areas. Mrs. Myron Wadley talked to the ladies on the culture of Glad-iloi Glad-iloi preparion the soil, planting and care, during the summer and the storing of bulbs during the winter. She also showed exquisite blooms from her own garden. Door prize was won by Rae Christensen. Ladies present beside the guest speaker and hostess were President Presi-dent Berta Thornton, Vella Liston, Ei-ma Klemm, Emma Harper, Hazel McCandless, Lavina Fugal, Sadie Chandler, Ida Pierson, Rae Christensen, Lucille Butt, and Helen Lohman.
