BUILDING REFLECTS PROGRESS Recent groundbreaking ceremonies (or the enlarged and modern Manila Ward religious center marks another epoch in the continual progress of this small, but rapidly growing North Utah County community. Always noted for solidarity and Icyalty to undertakings of community betterment, the current $200,000 building project is evidence of the faith the ward members hove in themselves and the religion they espouse. Tourists, who travel the highways of Utah and the Inter-mountain Inter-mountain West, are always impressed, with the outstanding beauty and utility of the Mormon Church religious edifices. With its striking hill-top setting, the Manila Ward Center Cen-ter will be a landmark for years to come and a monument to to the progressive minded people who built it. |
