Show Geneva Plans for Red Cross Drive March 8 to 11 Kickoff of a week-long drive at Geneva Works to raise money for the American Red Cross was announced here today by C. C. Morgan, general superintendent of the Columbia-Geneva Steel plant. During the plant-wide appeal, all of Geneva's more than 5,000 employees will be personally contacted con-tacted and asked to join the American Am-erican Red Cross by donating to the 1959 fund-raising effort. The drive will be conducted from March 8 to 14. Myron J. Fulrath, assistant superintendent of Industrial relations re-lations at Geneva, will direct the campaign aotlvltles, with W. W. Wilkins, assistant supervisor of labor relations at the Ironton Plant, coordinating the appeal at that location. All local United Steelworkers of America union presidents are supporting the campaign and urging ur-ging their members to contribute. "The American Red Cross gives us an effective way to extend a helping hand to our neighbors, regardless re-gardless of who they are or where they live on this wonderful country coun-try of ours. But the Red Cross oannot carry on Its Important humanitarian services without our contributions," Mr. Fulrath said.
