AAUW Monthly Meeting Held On Wednesday The monthly meeting of American Ameri-can Association of University Women, was held at the home of Mrs. Winona Kirk, president, on Wednesday evening'. Miss Estelle Fenton presented a brief report on I the significance of current event news items and keeping posted on the news. Mrs. Lacy White gave a very interesting disccurse on her recent re-cent trip to Mexico. Especially of interest was the observance of the educational system and of the school standards and teaching and a comparison with our own system. Miss Margaret Hayes, who also made the tour of Mexico, also spoke briefly of her findings. Later a tasty lunch was served by the hostess. Music for the evening ev-ening consisted of fine recordings played by Mr. Kirk. Present were club president Winona Win-ona Kirk, Carol Jaynes, Edna Newman, New-man, Leone Told, Estelle Fenton, Zola Blackhurst, Bethel Allred, Jennie Gleason, Anna Hanson, Mary Esklund, Emily Pederson, Thiel Roberts, Lacy White, Margaret Mar-garet Hayes and Elma Fugal.
