LOCAL NEWS Mr. and Mrs. Wesley J. Beck have received word of a new-grandson, new-grandson, born Saturday, Jan 5 to Reed and Billy Beebe Beck of Salt Lak City. Timpanogos Stake Special Interest In-terest group will meet in the First Ward Recreation Hall, Saturday, January 12, at 8 p.m., according to Mr. and Mrs. Earl A. Beck, stake directors. Mr. and Mrs. Wren Tomlinson on Sunday visited here with relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Tomlinson were enroute to their home in Mid vale, after a vacation in the warmer areas of Arizona and California. Mr. and Mrs. John Caspar and two children of Montana, were overnight guests one day this week with Mrs. Caspar's brother and sister in law Mr. and Mrs. Karl Butler. The Caspar family were enroute to Arizona where they will spend a few weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Nash Grant and baby have returned to their home in Portland, Oregon, after spending spend-ing the winter holidays with their parents Mr. and Mrs. Irwin Jensen Jen-sen of this city and Mr. Grant's mother in American Fork.
