Show 'Winds of Freedom' Operation Set For Monday, September 24 Pleasant Grove residents will be treated to the "Winds of Free- dom" operation Monday, Sept. 24, between 2:30 and 4:30 p.m. when the Crusade for Freedom Motorcade Motor-cade arrives from American Fork, it was announced Thursday by Jesse H. Monson, Adj. of American Am-erican Legion Post 70, who with the Cadmus Club are sponsoring the campaign here. A truck and station wagon forming the motorcade will demonstrate dem-onstrate how the Crusade for Freedom penetrated the Iron Curtain Cur-tain -with balloons containing messages of freedom and hope. Balloons like those recently released re-leased in Czechoslovakia and Pol and will go skyward in Pleasant Grove, Mr. Monson said. Money raised during the campaign cam-paign throughout the country will be used to build two new sending send-ing stations in Western Germany to further tell the enslaved peoples peop-les of Eastern Europe and Russia of the free world, and its championing- fo peace.
